GLOW combines GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 at a 5:1:1 ratio, 70 mg total content in a 3.0 ml pen, supplied as a lyophilised powder for research and laboratory use only.

GHK-Cu — a copper-binding tripeptide (glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine) — is the highest-proportion component and appears widely in published literature on tissue remodelling. GLOW differs from KLOW only by the absence of KPV, a fourth peptide; the choice between them is a research-design question rather than a matter of one superseding the other.
