Research use only
Everything RegenMed supplies is intended strictly for laboratory research. Our compounds are not medicines, they are not approved for human or veterinary use, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
What research use only means
Every compound listed on this site is supplied as a research chemical, intended solely for laboratory research conducted by qualified persons in an appropriate setting. Research use only is not a formality or a disclaimer bolted onto a consumer product — it describes what these materials actually are.
None of the compounds we supply are medicines. They are not approved by the MHRA, the FDA, the EMA or any equivalent regulator for human or veterinary use. They have not been through the manufacturing, testing and approval processes that a medicine must pass, and they are not supplied under a marketing authorisation.
Not for human or veterinary use
Our compounds must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that they do.
We do not supply dosing guidance for human use, and we will not provide it on request. Where our product pages or research library describe dosing, mechanisms or outcomes, they are summarising what published research reports — not instructing you, and not implying that any result would apply to a person.
Who may purchase
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research, and that you have the knowledge, facilities and training to handle research chemicals safely.
You are responsible for ensuring your intended use complies with all laws, regulations and institutional requirements that apply to you. Legal status varies by country and, in some cases, by region within a country. We cannot advise on your local position — if you are unsure, seek your own advice before ordering.
What we do stand behind
We make no claims about what these compounds will do in a person, because that isn't something we can or should claim. What we do stand behind is identity and purity: every batch is analysed by HPLC through an independent laboratory. Certificates of Analysis are published on the product page as each batch is verified — stating the batch identifier, the assay method and the measured purity — and you can ask us for the report on a specific batch at any time.
That matters in research because identity and purity are experimental variables. Without batch-level analysis you cannot attribute a result to the compound rather than to an impurity.
Handling and storage
Storage conditions are stated on each product page and should be followed as supplied — most of our lyophilised powders are held at −20 °C in the dark, while MOTS-c is refrigerated at 2–8 °C. Published stability work consistently identifies repeated freeze–thaw cycles and prolonged light exposure as the main causes of degradation.
Handle all material using appropriate laboratory practice and personal protective equipment, and dispose of it in line with your local requirements.
Resale and onward supply
Our wholesale and affiliate programmes exist for trade buyers and for people introducing other researchers to us. If you resell or promote our compounds, the research-use-only framing must carry through to how you present them. Describing our products as medicines, or making therapeutic claims about them, is a breach of our terms and grounds for closing your account.
