How much commission do I earn?
The standard rate is 10% of the order value on every qualifying order placed through your code or link. Rates are reviewed individually for partners driving consistent volume — if that's you, mention it in your application.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. The programme is free to join and there are no fees, minimums or targets to maintain. You keep your code for as long as your account is active.
Do I need a RegenMed account to apply?
No. You can apply as a guest — the form below is all we need. If your application is approved we'll set your account up for you so you can access your dashboard, referrals and payouts.
How long does a referral stay tracked?
Your link sets a 30-day tracking window, so if someone clicks it and orders any time in the following 30 days, the referral is still credited to you. Your code has no time limit at all — whenever someone enters it at checkout, it's attributed to you.
How and when do I get paid?
You request a withdrawal from your dashboard whenever you like — there's no minimum threshold and no fixed payout cycle. Each request is reviewed by our team and paid manually, and you'll get a confirmation email with the payment reference once it's sent. We'll confirm payout details with you when your application is approved.
How do I know a referral was tracked?
Your dashboard lists every referred order with its date, order value, your commission and its status, updating as orders come in. Nothing is hidden behind a monthly report.
What can I promote, and how?
You can share your code and link anywhere you have a genuine audience. What you must not do is describe our compounds as medicines or make therapeutic claims about them — everything we sell is supplied strictly for research and laboratory use only, and that framing has to carry through to how it's promoted. Misrepresenting the products is the fastest way to lose your account.
Can I use my own code on my own orders?
No. Codes are for referring other people. Self-referral isn't a qualifying use of the programme and orders placed that way may have their commission reversed.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 48 hours. We review every application manually — we're mainly looking at whether you have a real audience and will represent the research-use-only framing accurately. If we turn you down, we'll tell you why.
