KLOW dosage & ratios: how the blend is measured

KLOW is a fixed-ratio blend of four peptides, which changes how measurement works: one dialled volume sets four compound amounts at once. This guide explains the composition logic, how pen clicks translate to amounts, and storage — as a research reference, not medical advice.

What one measured volume contains

Because KLOW is pre-mixed at a fixed ratio, every dispensed volume contains all four components in proportion:

Working with pen measurements

Each RegenMed KLOW pen states its total blend content and fill volume, which fixes the concentration, and each click of the dial dispenses a known volume. To find what a given number of clicks contains, multiply the per-click volume by the concentration, then apply the blend ratio to get per-compound amounts — the pen documentation includes this table pre-calculated. A note on reading research literature: published studies dose individual compounds, not the KLOW blend. When comparing a protocol against the literature, work per-compound — the blend’s ratio determines what each dispensed volume delivers of each peptide.
