1. Next-Day Delivery
RegenMed offers next-day delivery on all orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders are typically dispatched same-day when placed before 12:00 PM (noon) local time on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day, with delivery the following day.
2. Cold-Chain Handling
All RegenMed products are shipped via a temperature-controlled cold-chain service to preserve product integrity from our facility to your door. This ensures your peptides arrive in optimal condition and meet the same quality standards as when they left our lab.
Our packaging uses insulated liners and appropriate cold-packs to maintain safe temperatures throughout transit. Products remain stable at room temperature prior to first use — once opened, they should be refrigerated at 2°C–6°C.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable threshold will be displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received this email within one business day of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of ordering. RegenMed is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. Please act promptly, as temperature-sensitive parcels held at a depot for extended periods may be affected.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
8. Returns
Due to the nature of our products and cold-chain requirements, we are unable to accept returns of opened products. If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a resolution.
